REGISTRATION INFORMATION

• VAT 20% will be added to the above mentioned rates.
• All participants and company representatives are required to complete the registration process, and the registration fees mentioned above include participation in scientific meetings, coffee breaks, meals, and access to the exhibition area.
• Participants who register early for the "AASLD-TASL Hepatology Connect Meeting" will receive a password for online participation in the "AASLD 2026 Annual Meeting", which will take place from November 5- 9, 2026. Please remember that payment must be completed before the early registration deadline to gain access to AASLD 2026.
• The accommodation package at the recommended hotel includes a 2-night stay with breakfast (check-in on January 28, 2027, and check-out on January 30, 2027).
• Final registration is confirmed upon payment; the registration fees must be deposited into the official meeting account, and the payment document should be emailed to the meeting organization secretariat.
• The meeting organization secretariat reserves the right to change prices due to increased costs in the event of significant changes in the economic conditions in our country.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All refunds will be valid if communicated in writing to Global Turizm.

Registration and accommodation fees:

* 50% will be refunded if notified by January 1, 2027.
* No refunds will be made if notified after January 1, 2027. Name changes will be accepted until January 22, 2027.

All refunds will be processed one month after the conclusion of the congress.
